Though the Buick originated as an independent company and was initially known as the Buick Motor Company, but now it is owned by General Motors Corporation. In fact, today Buick is the only entry-level luxury brand in the US of GM. The Buick automobile is extensively sold all across Canada, the United States, Taiwan and China.

The Scottish-American inventor and entrepreneur David Dunbar Buick, famous for making the overhead valve engine, founded the Buick Company in 1903. However the company was not doing well, and in just 1 year it was sold off to James Whiting for a modest sum. Whiting invited William C. Durant to join the business and it was mainly Durant's vision and abilities that quickly turned the business around. In a short time Buick became the largest car maker in America. Today Buick remains as one of the oldest marques in the world, with Mercedes-Benz, Renault, Peugeot, Cadillac, Daimler and the discontinued Oldsmobile.

1. Take off headrest and push the back of the seat, forward.
2. Slide seat cover over top of seat and pull down.
3. Fit base of cover snugly over seat.
4. Fasten elastic under seat with supplied "S" hooks.
5. Tie the supplied cord in position to ensure that the seat cover is held in shape.
6. Ensure that seat cover is fitting perfectly.
7. With a sharp instrument (razor blade /exacto knife, etc....), cut holes for your headrest lengthwise with respect to your car . Because the seat cover stretches slightly, the holes need not be too big. That way, normal entering and exiting the car will not damage the seat cover.
8. Re-insert the headrest into your seat.
9. You're done!
